Our Values Explained
Why these values? We spent a decent chunk of time with smart people working out what makes us, well, us.
This is our interpretation of why we do what we do. It will be different for others, but this is what is driving us to get out of bed in the morning.
Love what you do. Love it so much that you do it without thinking. It’s the thing you can’t stop talking about, and people can tell it’s a passion not because of what you’re saying – it’s how you’re saying it. Your body posture changes, your voice elevates, you lean in.
You would do it regardless of whether you get paid or not.
Love others. Love helping others. We love helping others with stuff we think is easy, but they think is really hard.
Always give more than you get.

Hope that by taking action that you’ll achieve the result. But there’s no guarantee.
It’s knowing there’s a chance that things won’t work out as you think they will, but you do it anyway.
That if you get knocked down, you get back up again and just keep trying.
It’s not pollyanna, where blind optimism kicks in. It’s that if you give it a shot, it might work. But if you don’t try at all, it definitely won’t.
Self respect, in particular. That what we have to offer is of value. That whilst we love what we do, and would do it anyway, we charge for our services. We’ve worked hard to learn our skillset, and continue to refine it over the years.
Also respect for one another. That we will listen to you, to understand what you want to achieve with your business.
Our aim is to guide you through your journey, and help you find what it is you’re looking for.
Transparency. No bullshit. Up front pricing. Here’s our road map. This is the list of things that need to be done.
If we can help, we’ll help. If we feel we can’t help you, we’ll be up front about it.
It’s about trusting our gut, following our intuition. If we feel we’re going left when our gut tells us we should be going right – we’ll be honest and upfront about it … even if this means having a difficult conversation.
